The first theory is that she was turned into a vampire by Katherine and then killed by Klaus. This would explain why she suddenly had fangs in the final episode, and why everyone was so surprised when she showed up alive in the season premiere.
Another theory is that Jenna was not actually turned into a vampire, but was instead killed by Katherine and then brought back to life by Klaus using dark magic. This would explain why her eyes were black when she woke up, and why she was so disoriented.
A third theory is that Jenna was not turned into a vampire or killed, but instead was taken captive by Klaus and is being held somewhere against her will. This would explain why she has not been seen or heard from since the season finale.
